These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CCFI Finance - Cash Advance mobile application, related websites, landing pages, and any associated features, tools, or services (collectively, the "App"). The App is operated by CCFI Finance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Nature of the App and No Lending Disclaimer

CCFI Finance - Cash Advance is a financial technology platform designed to provide informational content, financial tools, and access to third-party financial product offers, including loans, credit cards, and insurance products.

The Company is not a lender, creditor, broker, debt collector, credit reporting agency, or insurance provider. We do not issue loans, extend credit, determine eligibility, set rates or fees, make credit decisions, or provide insurance of any kind. All financial products are offered, underwritten, and administered solely by independent third-party providers.

Any decision to apply for or obtain a financial product is made exclusively between you and the applicable third-party provider. The Company does not guarantee approval, specific terms, rates, or outcomes.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information or that are used in violation of these Terms.

Certain tools and features within the App, including but not limited to debt tracking, credit score estimation, and educational financial content, are available through paid subscription plans.

4.2 Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are disclosed within the App and may include the following plans:

Subscription payments are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Apple or Google). We do not store or process your payment card information directly.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings.

4.4 No Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used periods.

The App may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. These third parties are not owned or controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party services.

Your interactions with third parties are governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies. Accessing third-party services is done at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
