Credit Authorization

This Credit Authorization ("Authorization") is a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Applicant") and CCFI Finance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your consent and authorization to obtain, use, and share credit-related information in connection with your use of the CCFI Finance - Cash Advance mobile application, related websites, landing pages, and any associated features, tools, or services (collectively, the "App").

By accessing, using, or interacting with the App, and by submitting any application, request for offers, or information in connection with financial products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Credit Authorization. This Authorization should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Rates and Fees, Responsible Lending Policy, E-Consent, and all other applicable disclosures and agreements.

If you do not agree to this Credit Authorization, you must not access or use the App, submit any applications, or provide any information in connection with financial product offers.


1. Nature of the App and Our Role

CCFI Finance - Cash Advance is a financial technology platform designed to provide informational content, financial tools, and access to third-party financial product offers, including loans, credit cards, and insurance products.

The Company is not a lender, creditor, broker, debt collector, credit reporting agency, or insurance provider. We do not issue loans, extend credit, determine eligibility, set rates or fees, make credit decisions, or provide insurance of any kind. All financial products are offered, underwritten, and administered solely by independent third-party providers (collectively, "Providers").

CCFI Finance LLC is a financial product comparison platform and aggregator. CCFI Finance LLC does not originate, underwrite, fund, or service any loans, credit cards, lines of credit, or insurance products. All financial products displayed within the CCFI Finance - Cash Advance application are offered by third-party lenders, credit card issuers, and insurance providers. CCFI Finance LLC is not a lender, creditor, or insurance company.

We act as a service provider and aggregator and may share user information with third parties at the user's direction in order to facilitate requests for offers or applications. Any decision to apply for or obtain a financial product is made exclusively between you and the applicable third-party provider. The Company does not guarantee approval, specific terms, rates, or outcomes.

2. Authorization to Obtain and Use Credit Information

You hereby expressly authorize and consent to the following:

2.1 Credit Reports and Credit Inquiries

You authorize the Company, its affiliates, partners, service providers, and any third-party Providers (including but not limited to lenders, credit card issuers, and other financial institutions) to obtain, access, review, and use your credit report, credit score, and other credit-related information from one or more consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus), including but not limited to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.

You understand and acknowledge that such requests may result in a hard inquiry or soft inquiry on your credit report. A hard inquiry may affect your credit score and will be visible to other creditors. A soft inquiry typically does not affect your credit score. The type of inquiry conducted depends on the Provider and the stage of the application process.

Applying for credit products may result in a hard or soft inquiry on your credit report, which can affect your credit score. Interest rates, APRs, fees, and repayment terms vary by Provider and by applicant. You are responsible for reviewing all terms and conditions before accepting any offer.

2.2 Permissible Purpose

You acknowledge that the Company and third-party Providers have a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681b, and other applicable federal and state laws to obtain your credit information for the purpose of evaluating your application for credit, determining your eligibility for financial products, and facilitating your request for offers.

This authorization is provided in connection with your application for, or interest in, loans, credit cards, lines of credit, insurance products, or other financial products displayed or accessible through the App.

2.3 Scope and Duration

This authorization applies to all applications, requests for offers, and inquiries you submit through the App, whether now or in the future, until such time as you withdraw your consent in accordance with Section 10 of this Authorization. The authorization remains in effect for a reasonable period necessary to process your requests and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Authorization to Share Information with Third Parties

You hereby expressly authorize and consent to the Company sharing your personal information, including but not limited to the following, with third-party Providers, service providers, and other parties as necessary to facilitate your requests:

When you request or interact with financial offers, we may share relevant information with third-party lenders, credit card issuers, or insurance providers to facilitate your request. When you apply for a product through CCFI Finance - Cash Advance, your application is submitted directly to the Provider.

Approval, denial, terms, rates, fees, and conditions are determined solely by each Provider based on their own eligibility criteria, which may include creditworthiness, income verification, and other factors. CCFI Finance LLC has no control over Provider decisions and does not guarantee approval for any product.

You understand that each Provider may conduct its own credit inquiry and may obtain additional information from consumer reporting agencies or other sources in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.

4. Information Collected and Used

In connection with this Credit Authorization and your use of the App, we may collect, use, and share the following categories of information, as more fully described in our Privacy Policy:

4.1 Information You Provide Directly

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, residential address, employment and income information (where applicable), financial preferences and requested product details, account credentials and authentication information, and communications and customer support inquiries.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4.2 Information from Consumer Reporting Agencies

As authorized herein, we and third-party Providers may obtain information from consumer reporting agencies, including credit reports, credit scores, and related data. Such information may be used to evaluate your eligibility for financial products and to present relevant offers.

4.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party partners, service providers, analytics vendors, advertising networks, and financial product providers, subject to their privacy policies and applicable law.

You authorize the Company and third-party Providers to use your credit information and other personal information for the following purposes:

6. Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosures

Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you are advised of the following:

6.1 Consumer Report

A consumer report may be obtained in connection with your application. Consumer reports contain information about your creditworthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living. This information may be used to evaluate your eligibility for credit, insurance, or other financial products.

6.2 Right to Request Disclosure

You have the right to request from the consumer reporting agency a complete and accurate disclosure of the nature and scope of the consumer report. You may contact the consumer reporting agencies directly for such disclosure.

6.3 Right to Dispute

If you believe that any information in your credit report is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to dispute such information directly with the consumer reporting agency. The FCRA requires consumer reporting agencies to investigate disputes and correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information.

6.4 Adverse Action

If a Provider takes adverse action (such as denying your application) based in whole or in part on information in a consumer report, the Provider is required to provide you with a notice that includes the name, address, and telephone number of the consumer reporting agency that furnished the report, a statement that the consumer reporting agency did not make the decision and cannot explain why the adverse action was taken, and your right to obtain a free copy of your consumer report and to dispute the accuracy or completeness of the information in the report.

The Company does not make credit decisions or take adverse action. Any adverse action is taken solely by the applicable Provider.

7. Electronic Consent and Signatures

By providing your information and submitting applications through the App, you consent to the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in accordance with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN Act"), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act ("UETA"), and other applicable laws, as more fully described in our E-Consent.

You agree that your electronic signature, including clicking buttons, checking boxes, typing your name, or otherwise indicating acceptance electronically, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. This consent applies to this Credit Authorization and all agreements, acknowledgments, authorizations, and consents executed in connection with your use of the App.

8. Third-Party Provider Practices

You acknowledge and understand that:

CCFI Finance LLC may receive compensation from Providers when users apply for or obtain products through our platform. This compensation does not affect the order in which offers are displayed. We strive to present offers in a transparent, comparable format.

9. State Law Considerations

Financial products and credit reporting practices are subject to federal and state laws and regulations. Certain products may not be available in all states, and rate caps, fee limitations, or additional disclosure requirements may apply depending on your state of residence.

This Credit Authorization is intended to comply with the FCRA and all applicable federal and state laws governing credit reporting, consumer protection, and financial services. In the event of any conflict between this Authorization and applicable law, such law shall control.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), as described in our Privacy Policy and Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information notice.

10. Withdrawal of Authorization

You may withdraw your authorization at any time by contacting us at support@ccfifinance.com. Withdrawal of authorization will not affect the legality of any credit inquiries or information sharing that occurred prior to the effective date of your withdrawal.

Withdrawal of authorization may limit or terminate your ability to use the App and its features, including the ability to apply for or receive offers for financial products. We will process your withdrawal request within a reasonable time after verification of your identity.

11. Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, as described in our Privacy Policy. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of your information.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Authorization and our Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

12. No Professional or Financial Advice

All content and tools provided through the App are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing within the App constitutes financial, legal, tax, or credit advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. The Company does not provide personalized lending recommendations or financial advice.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, CREDIT INQUIRIES, INFORMATION SHARING, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Company does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy of information in your credit report, the decisions of third-party Providers, or any adverse effects that may result from credit inquiries or information sharing.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your provision of inaccurate information, or your violation of this Credit Authorization or applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Credit Authorization is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Credit Authorization or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Severability

If any provision of this Credit Authorization is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

This Credit Authorization, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable agreements and disclosures, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding credit authorization and related matters. This Authorization supplements and does not replace those agreements.

19. Changes to This Credit Authorization

We reserve the right to modify this Credit Authorization at any time. Updated versions will be effective upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Credit Authorization. We encourage you to review this Authorization periodically.
