Electronic Consent (E-Consent)

Effective Date: February 23, 2026

This Electronic Consent ("E-Consent") governs your consent to receive disclosures, notices, agreements, records, and other communications from CCFI Finance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in electronic form in connection with your use of the CCFI Finance - Cash Advance mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "App").

By accessing, using, or interacting with the App, and by providing information electronically, you affirmatively consent to the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in accordance with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN Act"), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act ("UETA"), and other applicable laws.


1. Scope of Electronic Communications

Your consent applies to all communications related to your relationship with the Company and your use of the App, including but not limited to:

2. No Paper Copies Required

You understand and agree that all communications and records may be provided to you electronically and that you will not receive paper copies unless you specifically request them and such delivery is legally required or otherwise agreed upon.

You may request a paper copy of any communication by contacting us at support@ccfifinance.com. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for providing paper copies where permitted by law.

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic communications, you must have:

4. Access to Records and Retention

Electronic communications will be made available in a format that allows you to download, store, and print records for your reference. You are responsible for maintaining copies of all electronic records related to your use of the App.

The Company is not responsible for your inability to access or retain records due to hardware limitations, software incompatibility, or changes in your contact information.

5. Updating Contact Information

You agree to keep your contact information, including your email address and phone number, accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in missed communications, for which the Company shall not be responsible.

6. Consent to Electronic Signatures

You agree that your electronic signature, including clicking buttons, checking boxes, typing your name, or otherwise indicating acceptance electronically, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

This consent applies to all agreements, acknowledgments, authorizations, and consents executed in connection with your use of the App.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by contacting us at support@ccfifinance.com. Withdrawal of consent may limit or terminate your ability to use the App and its features, as electronic communications are an integral part of the service.

Any withdrawal of consent will be effective only after we have had a reasonable opportunity to process your request.

8. Consent to Communications from Third Parties

In connection with your use of the App, you may be directed to third-party providers offering financial products. Those third parties may provide disclosures and agreements electronically under their own electronic consent policies. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and policies.

The Company is not responsible for the electronic delivery practices of third-party providers.

9. Federal and State Law Compliance

This E-Consent is intended to comply with the E-SIGN Act, UETA, and all other applicable federal and state laws governing electronic records and signatures. In the event of any conflict between this E-Consent and applicable law, such law shall control.

10. Changes to This E-Consent

We may update this E-Consent from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised E-Consent.
